FS25 Realistic Farm Finance V1.1.3.9

Realistic Farm Finance is an agricultural finance and farm-business simulation for Farming Simulator 25, designed for 3-5 day months, with 5 days recommended.

It adds financial systems including agricultural borrowing, mortgages, machinery finance, overdrafts, lenders, brokers, arrears, taxation, administration and livestock insurance.

Features

  • Financial decisions affect farm progression and can create commitments lasting for years.
  • Taking on another farm, replacing a tractor, expanding livestock numbers or surviving a difficult year can create long-term financial commitments.
  • Good financial management can open opportunities.
  • Poor decisions can lead to arrears, damaged lender relationships, repossession and liabilities that remain even after an asset has been recovered.
  • On first load, the mod detects Giants loans and converts them to an RFF loan.
  • If a save game had financing using Hire Purchasing, Field Finance or the BankCredit mod, and the mod is no longer active, those finance agreements are also transferred to RFF. RFF can replace all of these mods.
  • All converted loans and finance agreements are clearly identified as a legacy agreement.

Changelog

  • V1.1.3.9
Added support for the following languages: Italian, French, Turkish and German. More languages will be added, and corrections to the new language packs are welcome.
