FS25 Used Machinery Auction BETA 3

With the “Used Machinery Auction” mod for Farming Simulator 25, you can place bids on second-hand equipment. AI buyers and other players compete with you for tractors, combine harvesters, headers, trailers, and implements. Each machine can differ in age, use measured in engine hours, and technical condition.

YOU NEED:

  • The “Advanced Damage System” (FS25_AdvancedDamageSystem) add-on
  • Its dependency, “Vehicle Years”

Both must be installed and activated. The ADS mod itself is not included.

Press Left Alt + U to open the auction menu. The key bindings can be modified in the control settings. Participation requires membership of a farm.

Features

  • Auctions may offer equipment from the in-game shop, including items supplied by DLCs and other mods. Pallets, big bags, and consumables are excluded. Rare equipment with very low usage hours can occasionally be found.
  • Several auctions may run at the same time. AI buyers judge listings according to their budgets and needs, react to bids, and can keep competing for an item until the last seconds. Their activity level is adjustable.
  • The auction provides quick-bid buttons, custom bid entry, a history log, and automatic timer extensions when a bid arrives during the final moments. Depending on your settings, commission fees and delivery costs vary.
  • Auction timing follows the in-game clock and includes pauses, time acceleration, and character sleep. Auction speed has no separate setting.
  • Until an inspection takes place, the displayed information about machinery condition and paintwork is only general. The ADS system offers visual, standard, and full inspections for self-propelled equipment. The report’s detail and accuracy depend on the selected inspection type.
  • The ADS system determines inspection prices from dealership workshop rates. More detailed inspections are billed as separate services. Towed or attached equipment receives a general condition and paintwork diagnostic, without an engine-component assessment.
  • Inspection results are stored and passed to the ADS system for purchased equipment. Component condition is shown with colors in these reports. Scrolling is possible with the mouse wheel or by dragging the scroll bars.
  • In “My Auctions”, you can find bidding results, spending details, the equipment condition at purchase, and paid inspection reports. Purchased equipment stays in the history. The condition window can show up to three reports at once.
  • Equipment won in an auction is sent to the dealership with its accumulated engine hours, age, technical condition, and paintwork state unchanged.
  • Photographs and technical specifications are available, together with comparisons against new-model prices, sorting tools, and filters. Save files and multiplayer are supported, while an administrator manages the server settings.

BETA 3

  • Compatibility with the “Advanced Damage System (ADS)” has been added.
  • Some bugs have been fixed.

BETA 2

  • AI purchase behaviour is now more realistic and can be customised to suit your needs.
  • Equipment that was paid for but not collected is no longer removed because of history limitations.
  • New prices now consider other leading prices, commission, and delivery costs. Available funds are now displayed.
  • The server now checks whether the player is eligible to purchase equipment.
