FS25 Realistic Physics BETA 2
Realistic Physics is a beta mod featuring rewritten vehicle physics. Remove the previous version from your mods folder before installing this one. Both versions use the same name, and only one can be present in the game.
Leaving the old version in the folder makes the two mods clash, which causes vehicles to behave strangely. Development is still ongoing, so some vehicles may not feel correct yet, and changes can be made between versions.
Features
- Each vehicle category and type uses separate suspension settings. Big tractors, small tractors, trailers and cars therefore feel different rather than sharing one generic setup. Mod vehicles are supported as well.
- Wheel spin hopping makes the machine bounce when its wheels spin. The strongest bouncing happens on hard ground and roads, while soft field soil produces very little. Wheel spin, vehicle load and the weight being pulled affect the effect, which fades as the vehicle gains speed.
- If you notice something odd, provide the vehicle name and describe what you were doing.
Changelog
- BETA 2
Fixed: the weak bounce from spinning wheels, trailer suspension and vehicles being prone to tipping over.
New: tractors with swing-arm suspension, such as John Deere or Fendt, level themselves automatically.
