BGA FlowControl V1.0.0.0 manages feeding and recipes for the modular biogas plants included with the Pumps N’ Hoses DLC. It allows adjustable feeding, mono- or mixed-fermentation, and the use of alternative substrates in the dosing hopper.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The official “Pumps N’ Hoses Pack” (DLC) is required for this mod. It is designed to optimize the modular digesters and dosing hoppers from that DLC.
Features
- 1. Dynamic Recipes Instead of Mandatory Silage: Biogas production continues even when the fermenter contains no silage. The recipe is adjusted dynamically, so the plant ferments only the substrates currently stored in the tank.
- 2. Feed control at the push of a button (0% to 140%): Adjust the feed rate directly at the digester using fine steps:The button assignments may be changed freely in the game menu.
- Button B: Switch solid feed through Off / 20% / 40% / 60% / 80% / 100% / 120% / 140%
- Button N: Switch slurry feed through Off / 20% / 40% / 60% / 80% / 100% / 120% / 140%
- 3. Buffer Filling for Servers & Absences: At 120% or 140% feed rate, the system can be replenished faster than the reactor consumes its supply. On Dedicated Servers, this lets you refill the fermenter’s internal buffer before being away for a longer period or overnight. Selecting “Off (0%)” allows targeted mono-fermentation with pure manure or pure solids.
- 4. Integrated Substrate Converter on the PnH Bunker: When available on the map, the dosing bunker accepts further crops as bulk material or bales. During loading, these are automatically converted into the correct base substrate with a fair, energy-equivalent yield ratio:
- To silage: CCM (144%), dried silage corn (109%), beet pulp (103%), haylage (103%), grass silage (97%), clover silage (94%), brewer’s grains (94%), alfalfa silage (91%), fresh grass (56%), green rye / field grass, and much more.
- For manure: Straw (52%), compost (29%)
- For root crops: Potato pulp (100%), sugar beets (80%), potatoes (80%)
- 5. Live Telemetry in Infotrigger: Approach the fermenter to view the complete process data:
- Selected feed stage, including target flow rate (~L/h)
- Active substrate consumption for each individual raw material (~L/h)
- Actual methane yield (~L/h)
- Actual digestate production (~L/h)
- 6. Clean Residual Utilization & Multiplayer Support
- No minimum-quantity bottlenecks: residual stocks are fermented completely down to zero liters.
- 100% multiplayer and dedicated server compatible: all switch states and flow rates remain synchronized for every client under strict server authority.
- Access Restriction: Feed levels can be adjusted only by authorized farm members.
