FS25 Agricultural Financial System V1.3.1.1

Agricultural Financial System brings current accounts, credit, taxes and cash flow into your farm. Purchase on account, receive payment on terms, build credit, pay taxes and settle staff wages at month-end.

Features

  • YOUR COMPANY: Enter the company name, tax ID, bank, town and employee name. These details appear on the bank card, invoices, payslip and ATM. Each supplier and customer retains the name assigned to it together with its own history.
  • YOUR BANK: The bank account is presented as a home banking card beside cash, committed funds and the credit margin. Each row has a matching paper document, such as an invoice, purchase order, cheque, promissory note, sale settlement or payslip, including its status stamp. The statement contains Debit, Credit and Balance. Transfer money to another farm and see your country’s bank cost before confirmation. A placeable 3D ATM from the same bank is included.
  • CURRENT ACCOUNTS: Use credit in the shop, at the animal dealer, in construction, at buying stations and at fuel stations on the map. Choose Cash, 30, 60 or 90 days, with a 0, 2, 5 or 10 % surcharge displayed before selection. For machinery and buildings, a 25 % down payment cuts the surcharge in half. Early payment gives 3 % off per month.
  • ONE CREDIT LINE YOU HAVE TO EARN: The whole company shares one credit line. In the settings it begins at 100,000, 50,000 or 250,000 and rises 15 % whenever you pay on time, up to 8 times. A purchase is rejected if the available margin is insufficient.
  • PROMISSORY NOTES AND CHEQUES: Once you are above the margin, you can sign a promissory note for 180 days with a 30 % surcharge, up to twice your earned limit. Deferred cheques are available at 30, 60 and 90 days. Two bounced cheques suspend the chequebook.
  • ARREARS AND SEIZURE: A single overdue account reduces available credit to zero. The earned limit returns after settlement. Penalty interest is 3 % monthly, refinancing is possible up to twice, and an unpaid promissory note proceeds to seizure.
  • RECEIVABLES: Sales, contracts and animal sales are paid on terms. Collect the money by bank deposit or cash at the factory counter, without tax. A customer may occasionally pay late, and there is always a reason.
  • OPTIONAL TAXES BY COUNTRY: The available countries are Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Germany, France, Italy and the United States. This option is off by default. It includes VAT, a monthly VAT return and annual income tax with depreciation and losses. The Invoicing tab resembles the tax authority’s portal and includes the invoice on paper. Contracts are invoiced to the NPC who owns the field.
  • INVOICES BETWEEN FARMS: Send another farm an invoice for a job. That farm can accept or reject it, and payment reaches you when it pays.
  • FARM AND CONTRACTOR, optional: One company can have two bank accounts. Contracts are assigned to the Contractor and sales to the Farm. They have automatic cover and free transfers, while you decide which account pays each purchase.
  • STAFF: Settle wages each month with labour charges of Realistic 47.3 % or Low 15 %. The system provides a real payslip. If payroll is unpaid, staff will not accept new jobs.
  • GRAIN BARTER: A debt can be settled with grain valued at 5 % above the market price, under a signed contract.
  • SETTINGS: The game menu contains the tax regime, starting credit, staff cost, commercial terms and Farm and Contractor. In multiplayer, only the admin can change these settings. The system works with Supply & Transport Contracts, and other mods may add their own accounts.
  • Single player, multiplayer and dedicated server are supported. The available languages are Spanish, English, German, French and Italian.

Changelog

  • V1.3.1.1
Compatibility with Farm Foreman. Other GN Realism mods can now read a new account summary. It contains account balances, the credit line and upcoming due dates, and it is read-only. Farm Foreman’s phone displays this information in its Bank app and warns you every morning about due dates that are approaching. Nothing else changes: the rules and save game format remain the same. No new game is required. Multiplayer and Dedicated Server supported.
  • V1.3.1.0
This is a major update over the previously released 1.2.0.0. Everything below is new or changed.

    ONE CREDIT LINE
The four credit lines are replaced by one company-wide line, beginning at 100,000, 50,000 or 250,000 according to the settings.
Credit already earned with each supplier is added to the saved game, so nothing is lost.
Tax and payroll accounts do not consume the credit margin.

    BANK AND DOCUMENTS
The bank has a new look. The account appears as a home banking card beside cash, committed funds and the credit margin.
Selecting a row displays its paper document in every tab: invoice, purchase order, cheque, promissory note, sale settlement or payslip, together with its status stamp.
The Statement is now shown as a bank statement containing Debit, Credit and Balance.
Money can be transferred to another farm, with your country’s bank cost displayed before confirmation.
The ATM is from the same bank, has its own icon and displays the last operation on its screen.
Separate sounds are used for the ATM, credits, debits, arrears, bounced cheques and stamps.

    SETTINGS IN THE GAME MENU
The game menu contains the tax regime, starting credit, staff cost, Realistic or Low, commercial terms, Realistic or Balanced, and Farm and Contractor. In multiplayer, only the admin can change them.

    TAXES, optional, off by default
The countries are Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Germany, France, Italy and the United States.
Every sale and purchase can include VAT, with a monthly VAT return and annual income tax using depreciation and losses.
The new Invoicing tab works like the tax authority’s portal, with the book of invoices and the invoice on paper.
Contracts are invoiced to the NPC who owns the field.

    INVOICES BETWEEN FARMS
In the Invoicing tab, use the C button to invoice another farm. It accepts or rejects the invoice in Pending. After acceptance, payment arrives when they pay.

    FARM AND CONTRACTOR, optional
There are two bank accounts in one company. Contracts use the Contractor account and sales use the Farm account.
They provide automatic cover for one another and free transfers, and you choose the account used for each purchase.
Helper wages on contract fields are charged to the Contractor.

    STAFF
Labour charges are now realistic: 47.3 %, Realistic, or 15 %, Low, rather than the fixed 35 %.
The Personnel tab contains a daily wage sheet and a real payslip. The employee’s name can be set in Company Details.

    SALES AND CONTRACTS
Animal sales are now placed in Accounts Receivable like every other sale.
Contracts using their own code, Supply & Transport Contracts, dead wood, tree transport and rocks now use Accounts Receivable.
Fuel purchased at the map’s fuel stations is now put on account.
Other mods can add their own instalments and fees to the current account.
Save games from 1.2.0.0 are compatible, so no new game is needed. Multiplayer and Dedicated Server supported.

  • V1.2.0.0
This major update follows the previously released 1.0.2.0. Everything listed below is new or changed; anything not mentioned remains unchanged.

    CREDIT LINES
Two categories receive their own new credit limits: Construction begins at $250,000 and Livestock at $120,000, alongside Inputs at $50,000 and Machinery at $100,000.
Every farm has a separate credit line with every supplier in each category. Paying on time raises that particular line by 15 %, without changing credit in other categories.
In multiplayer, one farm cannot use credit earned by another farm.

    CONSTRUCTION AND LIVESTOCK ON ACCOUNT
Construction purchases can now be put on account. The fourth button in the construction screen turns on this option.
Livestock purchases on account now function correctly. In version 1.0.2.0, the button still charged the purchase immediately.

    PAYING LATER COSTS MONEY
When assigning a purchase, select Cash, 30, 60, or 90 days. The respective surcharges are 0%, 2%, 5%, or 10%, and the surcharge is shown in currency before confirmation.
For machinery and construction purchases, paying 25% down cuts the surcharge in half.
