Nietwerder lies in the beautiful Oberprignitz region and borders the towns of Neuruppin, Gildenhall, and Alt Ruppin. A small section of the Lindenzentrum area is included as well.

- The map has been adjusted for the Highland Fishing DLC.
- Poppies have been expanded to remove the distance errors caused by onions.
- Highland cattle are available.
Features
- The roads and elevation model are based on the real-world model.
- The fields do not follow the real-world model, because that would leave only ten fields on the map.
- The map contains 51 fields, one farm divided into four sections, and six further pastures available for purchase.
- The Wuthenow biogas plant is included, although it is not in its correct location, since otherwise it would no longer fit on the map.
- There is no sawmill. The forests cannot be purchased or felled because the original area is focused mainly on cattle farming and electricity production.
- In the first farm section you will find the farmhouse, three vehicle sheds, a bale storage shed, a vegetable garden, a diesel-dependent silo for drying and ensiling grass, free-range chickens, and the farm dog.
- The second section has another vehicle shed, a cow barn, and a silo for storing harvested crops.
- The third section contains a vehicle shed, workshop, fuel station, two additional bale and pallet storage areas, a small drive-through silo, and a multi-production facility for diesel, seeds, fertilizer, lime, liquid fertilizer, herbicides, compost, mineral feed, TMR, and pig feed.
- Four more cow barns are part of the fourth section.
- Throughout the map there are two additional cow barns, two sheep/goat pastures, two chicken coops, a pigsty, and a horse stable.
- Gates showing opening hours are installed at almost all sales points and production facilities.
- Check the signs at production facilities and sales points, or you may end up in front of locked doors.
- For now, the train is decoration only because of continuing problems with the drivingRanch. It will keep travelling through the map as decoration until those problems are fixed.
- The train silo currently serves as both a sales station and a shopping station.
- Electricity is required by all production facilities apart from the high-bay silo and the multi-production facility.
AutoDrive
Players using AutoDrive (AD) will find AD courses included with the map. They load the first time the map is started. If you are asked to calculate AD courses, choose “NO” so that the courses I recorded remain available.
