Lausitz Landscapes 4x takes place in eastern Germany near the Polish border, around Cottbus. Its elevation model is derived from real-world data, while the PDA map is based on an actual satellite image of the home region.

- Animals and the BGA require vegetable cuts, for example sliced carrots or sliced beetroots
- In the map center, a starting farm comes with vehicles and 3 fields
- Nearly 30 production facilities are available
- Production settings such as profit margins and input/output ratios are balanced for the “hard” difficulty level. Playing on “easy” or “medium” is also possible if you prefer higher earnings
- The BGA generates electricity that can be stored and used for different production processes. A mobile power generator trailer handles its transport
- Multi-crop support covers alfalfa, chickpeas, clover, flax, hemp, hops, lavender, linseed, lentils, mustard, poppies, peanuts, rye, sesame, spelt, tobacco, and triticale
- An AutoDrive (AD) configuration is included, and most routes have already been recorded
- When supplies are urgently needed, a multi-purpose purchasing point is available
- Stones for lime production can be collected at the quarry with a wheel loader or conveyor belt
- Required mods can be downloaded automatically through the ModHub
