FS25 Golden Opportunities V1.0.0.1

Golden Opportunities begins with the essentials and leaves the rest of the plan to you. In this Pioneer Edition, the map is an open landscape for creating your own farms, fields, roads and production areas.

The starting setup includes a small grass field and enough space to choose your next step. Land is arranged in parcels, so you can expand gradually and work up from a small operation to a much larger one. A Gold Quarry is located across the river. It can join your business after your farm has grown, you have purchased the land, paid for the $500k bridge and created a route through the trees.

Features

  • 55 purchasable land parcels across a 2 km × 2 km landscape.
  • A prepared grass field covering 0.175 ha (0.43 acres), plus open ground for making your own fields.
  • Trees distributed over 33 land parcels.
  • A large river, free access to water and three bridge options in the construction menu.
  • Vehicle and animal dealers, a workshop, buy anything stations, a Farmers Market that sells anything and a log selling point.
  • A Gold Quarry with a custom production chain that produces stone as a byproduct.
  • Ten hidden miniature gold tractors, with each one rewarding 100,000.
  • Seasonal growth calendars for barley, canola, oats, soybeans and peas have been adjusted to allow 2 crops in a calendar year.
  • Gold ore can become nuggets, gold bars and, eventually, golden tractor statues.

Specifications

  • Gold Ore Spawner: 20 × 20 m, priced at $100,000 and producing up to 20,000 litres per game hour.
  • Unrealistic Gold Foundry: $480,000, offering four times the standard foundry storage and twice its production speed, while keeping the same hourly processing costs.
  • Gold ore spawner at the Gold Quarry: produces up to 240,000 litres per game hour.
  • Shop delivery area: 31m.

Changelog

Changelog v1.0.0.1

The pre-placed gold ore at the Gold Quarry has been replaced by a spawner producing up to 240,000 litres per game hour. This fixes a mod conflict that could cause the original ore to appear as a different material. Sell the yellow sign beside the quarry ramp to remove the spawner. A new save is required for the change to take effect.

The map’s pre-placed log sell point now accepts wood on pallets and in containers from compatible wood autoload equipment. Direct unloading from a compatible trailer is also possible in the marked bay.

A 20 × 20 m Gold Ore Spawner was added to the construction menu for $100,000, producing up to 20,000 litres per game hour.

The Unrealistic Gold Foundry was added for $480,000. It provides four times the storage and twice the production speed of the standard foundry, with the same hourly processing costs. Its gold bar and golden tractor statue pallets can be lifted by hand.

Gold bar and golden tractor statue pallets from both foundries now have autoload support. I recommend ChrisS and RileyS’s Pallet Silo With Autoload Trailers.

The polygon count of the full-size golden tractor statue was reduced, and loose gold nuggets now look smaller in piles.

Golden Opportunities Forestry Edition was added as a separate map choice. It replaces the American elm trees with spruce and includes plantable spruce saplings.

Bridge placement was improved, making it far easier to place a bridge.

The visit point for plot 50 was moved onto dry ground.

The shop delivery area was extended to 31m.
