Estancia São Carlos is a Brazilian map inspired by the region of Jataí, Goiás.
– 36 medium and large fields, all with missions
– All 99 areas of the map can be purchased. Some objects become functional only after purchasing the corresponding land
– Latitude and seasons adjusted for the Southern Hemisphere
– There is no snow on this map, as winters in the region are only cold and dry
– Most businesses close at the end of the day but can be opened manually
– The map shop includes a workshop for vehicle maintenance
– The town features a workshop, water supply point, houses with functional gates, and a soccer field
– Grains can be sold at all three grain elevators. Wood can also be sold at these locations
– Market, farmers market, and cooperatives for selling a wide variety of products
– Bales can be sold at the cotton gin
– Sawmill for selling wood and producing planks
– Dairy for selling milk and producing dairy products
– Bakery for selling products and manufacturing baked goods
– Mill for selling sugarcane, with ethanol production and a vinasse (liquid manure) purchasing point
– To transport ethanol, purchase the “MKS 32” tank trailer from the “Trailers” category
– Fuel station for selling ethanol, refueling, and vehicle maintenance
– If you need lime, bring a trailer to the lime supplier. Stones can also be sold there
– The main farm includes two sheds, two houses, and a cow pasture
– The secondary farm includes one large machinery shed, two houses, and a cow pasture
