Drumard Farm is built around a real working beef farm in the green countryside of Ireland, Co.Louth. The map contains two farms: Drumard Farm, home to the cows and sheep, and Drumard arable farm, where the pigs are kept.
Features
- There are two working farms, with the Grain Silo situated at one of them.
- The map includes two forestry areas.
- 36 fields are available.
- A few forestry plots are also included.
- Drumard Grains 1/2 provides one sell area with two sell points for the various crops.
- Drumard Arable Farm has a seed and fertiliser point.
- Please note that all hedges, fences and walls have collisions. Sizeable grass headlands around the fields are provided to help those workers out.
- Most of the farms and farm buildings have automatic gates and lights.
- Most base game productions can be found around the map.
- Many sheds have been added.
- A custom cow barn medium has been added.
- Placeables include a hedge and 2 wall types.
- The production points have been modified.
- The solid fert tank will also hold Lime now, while the liquid fert tank will also hold Herbicide.
- New fill types have been added.
- The map is Precision Farming ready and includes a custom soil map.
- There are 25 collectibles to find.
- MissyB’s UK calendar is included.
- New crops are winter Wheat, winter Barley, winter Oats, Green Rye aka whole crop silage, Rye, Spelt, Triticale and Clover, Summer Wheat, Summer Oats, Summer Barley and Faba Beans.
- AI has been stopped from planting Cotton, Sorghum, Sunflowers and Long grain Rice. You can still plant these crop types if you wish.
- Crop yields have been adjusted to match UK average tonnes per hectare.
- Prices have been adjusted to match UK prices per tonne.
- All new crops have been added to animal feed.
- Animal production values for milk, eggs and wool have changed. Cows, chickens and goats will produce more slowly at certain ages, then stop producing at certain ages. Sheep will produce less wool after a certain age. This is done to better simulate IRL.
- Animals now consume more food to better reflect IRL consumption.
- Horses sell for 50,000, but only after reaching 36 months.
