FS17 CHARLEVOIX MICHIGAN EDIT V1.5.5

Server Issue free!!! No Server conflics at all.. All space character errors removed, un needed files deleted.. Some textures that are from building may cause call stacks, depends on the computer running it. Planned release on Friday but decided to get rid of it now.
