Features
- This portal frame shed measures 20 x 24 m and has juniper green cladding, 10 m eaves, a spray-foamed roof and precast concrete panels inside
- The insulated 6 m sectional roller door includes a header box and switch, while personnel and plant room doors are also functional
- At the rear, the plant room has a mezzanine and stairs, three full-height evaporator units, insulated pipework, isolators and distribution boards. A walk-in MCC panel has opening doors and contains drives, PLC, contactors, breakers and wiring
- Six spinning circulation fans are fitted in overhead air ducts, alongside three outside condensers, weather louvres, temperature sensors, cabling, rodent bait stations and plenty of small details
- Use the fan control box in the plant room to turn the FAN 1, 2 and 3 groups on or off
- The fans spin up and coast down realistically, producing sound and flashing run lamps during startup
- A large control screen displays the air flow, evaporators, condensers, crop probe temperatures and trends
- The fans are switched off when the building is first bought
- To store crop boxes and pallets, drop them into the worn yellow LOADING BAY in front of the door
- Inside, boxes stack 8 high and fill from the back toward the front, leaving a clear walkway to the plant room
- Unloaded boxes appear two high in the UNLOAD AREA on the apron
- Select “No” in the shop to buy a cheaper plain store without object storage
- Separate switches operate the store lights, plant room lights and the outside yard spotlight
