FS22 Modular BGA v1.0

Build the biogas plant of your dreams, just the way you always wanted it. 22 different modules to suit your needs (and make you money).
Each module is fully functional. The only limit is your imagination as to how effectively the plant produces electricity, methane and digestate from all types of biomass.

The modular BGA basically only needs 2 modules to work!
On the one hand the bunker (filling with biomass) and on the other hand the fermenter (processing of the biomass). Both modules are always! necessary.
A special feature are the bunkers with an integrated biogrinder. This extended bunker gives you the option of filling it directly with sugar beet, eliminating the step of beet chopping and thus representing a first possible optimization.
With these two components you can already operate a fully functional system.
The production menu offers full control over how the plant should work. In any case, the bunker must always be set to distribution in order to pass on the biomass you have filled in to the fermenter.

The heart of every modular biogas plant. The Fermenter.
Once it has received the biomass and you have activated the corresponding production, it will convert biomass into methane, electricity and fermentation residues, depending on the expansion level.
At this point you can already set whether the products should be sold. This would close the production cycle and generate money.

If you want to get more out of your BGA, simply expand it.
Instead of only processing and selling your biomass via the bunker and the fermenter, you can use the opportunity to increase the yield or optimize the system with additional modules.
If you place the manure station, the fermenter can also be supplied with manure. If you want to process larger quantities of liquid manure, the best option is to use the liquid fermenter, which can be filled directly.
Although this can only process liquid manure, the proportion of processed liquid manure is higher than with normal processing.
If you do not want to sell the produced fermentation residues, use the fermentation residues storage station. This collects the fermentation residues from all distributed modules and stores them centrally.
Post-fermenters have the task of further processing the products from the fermenter(s) and thus give you a bonus. If you use multiple post-fermenters, you increase this bonus, but the processing speed is halved.
If you want to get the most out of methane and electricity when selling, use the generators or the methane selling tank. These sell your goods with a factor of 2 or 1.5.
All modules exchange goods with each other when the distribution is active. It is up to you how or what to distribute, keep or sell.

Info:
It is strongly recommended to use the “Free Build” mode for placement. (Default key V)
Bunkers can also be placed on the standard BGA and fill them.
Digestate storage can also collect the fermentation residues from the standard BGA if it is set to distribute there.
Consider that for modules that have been set to distribute, the goods will also be delivered to productions running outside of the BGA if they accept the products.
Last but not least, the production limit of 60 total productions should be kept in mind. If more are needed, the More Productions Possible Mod by is perfectly suitable, which is available in the Modhub.
