FS25 Self-marketing v1.0
With this pack, you can open your own direct marketing. For this purpose, you can choose between sales houses, of different sizes, as well as vending machines. Self-marketing means fresh food for customers 24 hours a day and a clear conscience, as they know where the products come from. Freshly stocked, the products are provided to them by the producer without intermediate trade. For you as producers, this means simple and direct marketing of your own products, which gives you a higher profit but also some additional work. Depending on which model they choose, they will have different costs and profit opportunities.
Important:
– There are two versions of each building. You can find them in the corresponding category.
– Selling stations are real selling stations and, as such, can only be used by the owner.
– Productions function similarly. However, they are productions! This means you can sell less, but with the same profit. – The goods sold are gradually phased out over time, creating a more realistic farm shop experience. You simply need to activate the goods you want to sell beforehand.
– Furthermore, you now have to decide which of your products you want to sell. This is done via the production menu. Here, you simply select the products you want to sell and activate “production.” Depending on whether your product requires specific precautions, such as refrigeration, additional costs may apply.
The sales houses are available in four different designs:
– Large: lettuce, tomato, grape, potatoes, flour, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, honey, oils, bread, wool,
– Small: lettuce, tomato, grape, potatoes, flour, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, honey, oils, bread, wool,
– As extension: lettuce, tomato, grape, potatoes, flour, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, honey, oils, bread, wool,
– Very large: lettuce, tomato, grape, potatoes, grape juice, raisins, flour, milk, butter, cheese, chocolate, eggs, honey, cereals, oils, bread, wool, hay, fabric, clothes
– The Lights in the building can be turned on and the Doors could be opened
Four variants are offered for vending machines:
– Vending machine: milk, eggs (price: 12.000$)
– A vending machine for milk (price: 15.000$)
– Large milk filling station (price: 25.000$)
– Small milk filling station (price: 11.000$)
– Box for potato sale. (price: 1000$)
– Depending on the model, these vending machines have small additional features, such as an opening door, for greater realism.
– Compared to the versions from FS22 and FS19, the vending machines no longer have a transport option, as often requested, they are now permanent buildings.
– For this purpose, three houses in two different sizes are offered as a shelter. (price: 5000$ – 27.500$)
