FS25 Submerged Sanctuary v1.0

This is Submerged Sanctuary, a standard-sized flooded fantasy map with a warm climate, overall sunny weather, and temperatures around 20–30 degrees all year long. When you start your game, there is only one piece of land and one selling point available for you to use. You need to use the trigger at the water pump on your land to lower the water level and unlock more selling points, production, and farmlands.

The water level takes 24 in-game hours to reach its endpoint. The costs will be $1000 credits per in-game minute; this amount increases to $2000 when you unlock the fourth checkpoint on normal difficulty. You can set the difficulty level with left shift + z or change the controls in the settings menu. When you activate the pump, you can just let it run until it reaches its checkpoints or shut it off whenever you need to.

The waterplane will respond to in-game time — the faster your time, the faster the water level goes down. There is a grain transport system on the map for when your machines can’t make it up the hills fully loaded.

– Seasonal growth plan: due to the warm climate, grass, cotton, grape, maize, olive, rice, sorghum, soybean, sugarcane and sunflowers have a 25% yield increase and grass can be planted all year long.
– Water retrieval sources: most farmlands have some source of water, like a puddle or pond, where you can get water; the flood waterplane can also be used to refill your tanks.
– Environment: no snow, mist reduced around steep cliffs, overall warm and sunny weather; playing with fixed visual month advised.
– No traffic, no pedestrians — just you and the beautiful view of nature.
– All contracts are blocked by a script because most of the map is underwater.
– Multiple field angles.
– Custom Precision Farming soil map.
– Added more paintable textures and plants.
– Water plants will grow in increments in all ponds over a period of 75 in-game days.
– Custom production: lime, fertilizer, silage, TMR, and pig food can also be produced and sold.
– Multiple in-game heavy tractors and trucks have been modified with a hillclimber engine and fine-tuned to manage the steep hills.
– Supports multiplayer, even dedicated servers.

– Number of water level checkpoints: 6
– Checkpoint 1: farmland 2, 3, 4. Costs: $112000
– Checkpoint 2: BGA, train and dairy, spinnery, tailorshop production points; no farmland. Costs: $51000
– Checkpoint 3: selling points — dairy, grain mill, and sawmill; no farmland. Costs: $270000
– Checkpoint 4: the map really opens up here with multiple selling points and productions, animal dealer, and farmlands 5 to 14 unlock. Costs: $220000
– Checkpoint 5: oil production, multiple selling points, and more farmland unlocks. Costs: $651000
– Checkpoint 6: this is the endpoint and the whole map will be available. Costs: $1020000
– These costs are for the normal difficulty level.
– Game will start in normal difficulty.
– Easy mode is $500 – $1000 a minute.
– Normal mode is $1000 – $2000 a minute.
– Hard mode is $1500 – $3000 a minute.

Known non-game/save-breaking bugs:
When you teleport out or switch to a vehicle while standing in the water pump trigger, the drain water action will not deregister and you will not be able to use any other triggers. Just walk in and out of the water pump trigger zone, it will deregister correctly and you will be able to use other triggers again. When the pump is running, do not sell anything, this may result in the loss of credits.

This map will not be released for console due to its water level system being implemented in Lua script, which isn’t supported and the map would lose its essence without it.
