FS25 Owendale Michigan v2.0
Welcome to Owendale Michigan. In 1882, as three new rail began to lay track in Huron County two cousins from Saginaw Michigan , John G. and John S. Owen. bought land in the Columbia Swamp. The following year, they opened a sawmill to harvest the native oak. John G Owen hired Quincy Thomas; a civil engineer, to survey a town site in 1887, The streets, alleys and parks were dedicated to the public for their perpetual use, and the village was Owendale. The sawmill burned in 1896, and the Owendale area turned from lumbering to agriculture. Alfalfa crop added and implemented with the animals. Thier is 32 fields small to medium and large fields and thier is not much forestry But there is a sawmill if you would like to create a forest. Thier is 7 productions in town and their is a grain dryer on the main farm as well. You can buy seed lime and fertilizer at the pioneer dealer as well. When it rains the drain ditches will fill up with water. Their is also Percesion Farming implemented in the map by default as well. The area is b.

– Adjusted buyable lands and added one more buyable land in town across dealership.
– Added tunnels at the end of roads and added more bushes around the border of trees and fixed some missing meadow around the fields.
– Added new field textures including lime cultivator plough and so on.
– Added warehouse at your local Pioneer Dealer where you can buy seed and fertilizer and tree saplings as well herbicide and a few other goodies.
– Added a brand new Pioneer Sign that lights up at night and a Pioneer sign at the warehouse.
– You will have to start a new game so the map can work properly.
