The SPW Intense models have minimal operating costs compared to competing vehicles in terms of fuel consumption, maintenance costs and trade-in value. The use of a 250 hp engine (Stage 5), hydraulic control of the cutter and mixing auger, prioritisation of the energy requirements of the functions and ‘self-propelled’ advancement, as well as automatic engine speed control all contribute to reducing fuel consumption.
