FS25 Swather Tedder Plus v1.1.2.7
Swather / Tedder Plus brings normal wear and overload damage to swathers and tedders in FS25. Supported equipment is checked automatically for its number of rotors and arms, and spare parts consumption is adjusted to match that result. If the equipment cannot be detected, predefined default values apply.
Features
- Normal wear and overload damage apply to swathers and tedders.
- During operation, tines, tine retainers or safety guards, and claw couplings wear down.
- Additional damage results from excessive operational load.
- Supported implements and some modded equipment are checked automatically for their rotors and arms.
- When detection succeeds, spare parts consumption is adjusted accordingly.
- The equipment condition appears on the HUD, which can be moved, hidden, and resized.
- Between 1 and 5 boxes can be purchased.
- The mod is intended for single-player use; multiplayer is not supported.
- The “HMT Spare Parts” shop category contains the appropriate spare parts boxes.
Specifications
- Tines have a standard wear interval of 10 operating hours.
- The standard wear interval for tine retainers is 15 operating hours.
- Claw couplings have a standard wear interval of 20 operating hours.
- Each box contains 50 tines, 100 tine retainers, or 10 claw couplings.
Controls
- Use the system from a vehicle fitted with a supported windrower or tedder.
- The system chooses the most appropriate implement first; if that is not possible, it selects the first one detected.
- Before operating, close all open menus.
- HUD: Press Left Ctrl + Left Alt + 3 to show or hide the HUD.
- HUD: Left Ctrl + Left Alt + 4 switches move mode on or off. Hold the left mouse button to drag the visible HUD. Camera and zoom inputs do not work in this mode.
- HUD: Use Left Ctrl + Left Alt + 5 to cycle through HUD sizes: 50% → 25% → 20% → 75% of the speedometer width.
- Maintenance, permanently assigned: Ctrl + Alt + Caps Lock starts maintenance or clears a blockage. Press the same key again during maintenance to cancel without using any parts. Maintenance is possible while the HUD is hidden.
- To perform maintenance, stop completely and switch off the implement.
- For parts replacement, suitable spare parts boxes or pallets must belong to the same farm, contain enough stock, and be within five meters of the implement.
- A blockage is cleared in eight seconds without using spare parts. This action requires no parts.
- In all other cases, the group with the most wear is replaced within 20 seconds if enough replacement parts are available. The other groups may be serviced afterward.
- Replacement parts are consumed only after the process has completed successfully.
- Moving the vehicle or powering it on interrupts the operation. When parts are being replaced, the required replacement parts are also lost.
- All three HUD actions can be assigned freely in Options → Controls.
- Maintenance also has an extra customizable action with no default key binding.
- Existing user-defined key bindings are not changed.
- The fixed Ctrl + Alt + Caps Lock combination stays active independently of these settings.
Changelog
swader_tedder_plus, Update 1.1.2.7
- The tension belts for boxes with tines, tine retainers, and claw couplings were routed correctly. They now follow the boxes’ actual shape.
- For pallets, the pallet base and the boxes that remain are now included.
- There are no changes to maintenance, wear, the HUD, or controls.
- Through version 1.1.2.2, Ctrl + Alt + 6 is the default maintenance key combination.
- Starting with version 1.1.2.3, Ctrl + Alt + Caps Lock is permanently assigned as well.
- Controls are available beginning with version 1.1.2.4.
