Operated by the Finnish Army (Maavoimat), the Patria ITO 90 is an all-weather, short-range air defense system mounted on the Patria Pasi XA-181 6×6 armored chassis.
Features
- Its tactical designation is ITO 90 (Ilmatorjuntaohjus 90, Surface-to-Air Missile in Finnish).
- This system provides all-weather Short-Range Air Defense (SHORAD).
- It protects mobile mechanized units, command posts, and critical infrastructure from attack helicopters, low-altitude aircraft, cruise missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
- The self-propelled 6×6 chassis combines high cross-country mobility with armor protection from shrapnel and small arms fire. It supports fast deployment and relocation, including shoot-and-scoot operations.

- VT-1 missiles are ready to fire from the turret pod.
