FS25 Work Width Multiplier V1.2.0.0
Work Width Multiplier expands the area worked by seeders, cultivators and disc harrows. Their 3D models remain exactly as they are, but the strip of ground they work becomes wider.
Features
- The machine’s work area is extended outward from its center.
- Seed usage is adjusted automatically to match the area worked.
- Controls: Press J to increase the working area by +0.5x, up to x5.
- Controls: Use Right Shift + J to return to the original width.
- Each width change displays the current width in a message on screen.
- Affected machines: This includes seeders and planters, cultivators, and disc harrows.
- The selected setting affects all of these machines together, including machines purchased afterwards.
- The model itself is not scaled, only its working area changes.
- AI helpers can continue using the original width.
- At startup, the mod uses the original width, x1. The width remains unchanged until J is pressed.
Changelog
- V1.2.0.0
NEW – Work width can now be switched on manually for every attached implement with Alt + J. This option is available only while the implement is attached to a vehicle and is reset when the implement is detached.
Winter equipment is supported as well. Snow plows and blades now receive a wider working width.
Green guide lines, like the GPS, display the new left and right edges 3 meters in front of your vehicle.
A short beep sounds when the edge of your working width leaves the field.
IMPROVED – The mod now affects only the vehicle you are driving and the equipment attached to it, rather than the entire map.
It works with any equipment that has a working area: plows, cultivators, disc harrows, seeders, manure and fertilizer spreaders, sprayers, trailers that spread manure or liquid fertilizer, combine headers, silage headers, balers and mowers.
The AI markers are also updated when the width is widened, allowing GPS mods to detect the new width.
CONTROLS – Alt + J: turn work width on or off for the selected implement.
J: widen the area by +0.5x per press, up to x5.
Right Shift + J: restore the original width. - V1.0.0.1
The script was updated for all machines and tools.
