FS25 Corn cob silage V1.0.0.0
Farming Simulator 25 receives ear corn harvesting and ear corn silage, abbreviated ECS, with this mod. The complete chain is part of the existing game, including harvesting, ensiling, and feeding.
Version 1.0 – PC / Singleplayer. Multiplayer and server play are not currently supported.
Features
- Testing was carried out with standard buildings and machinery from the base game.
- Fresh ear corn and finished ear corn silage come with custom fill types, HUD icons, and trailer fill planes.
- Standard forage harvesters and standard bunker silos are compatible.
- BGA (biogas plant) processing is not included.
- No extra vehicles or silos are needed.
- Harvest ear corn from standard corn crops, with a yield of approximately 45% of the volume normally produced by standard forage harvesting.
- After harvesting, fresh ear corn can go into the base game’s standard bunker silos, where it ferments into ear corn silage.
- Specialized or additional silos are unnecessary. Standard ensiling of chopped material remains possible.
- Finished husklage (maize cob silage) can be fed directly or put through a standard feed mixer wagon.
- Standard TMR production continues to work fully.
- The mixer wagon identifies the silage type automatically.
- Both silage types cannot be used together, so the mixer wagon has to be empty beforehand.

Husklage feeding
- Direct feeding: Feed Husklage by itself for a feed efficiency of 90%.
- Total Mixed Ration (TMR): A standard feed mixer wagon can combine Husklage with hay and straw to produce complete TMR with 100% feed efficiency.
