FS25 Traffic Density Control V1.0.2.0
Traffic Density Control creates a separate section in the game settings for changing AI traffic density. The active AI vehicle total can be chosen directly in-game, from 15 to 150 vehicles.
Features
- Map creators may let traffic splines use the user attribute
trafficDensityordensity. - The available example values are 0 for blocked traffic, 0.1 for very low traffic, 0.25 for low traffic, 0.5 for medium traffic and 1 for normal traffic.
- Traffic splines that have no such user attribute continue to use their normal map behavior.
- Singleplayer includes a manual reload function. If required, it reloads the AI traffic once, for example if vehicles are stuck or the traffic is behaving unusually.
- Only the host or an admin is able to change the AI vehicle count in multiplayer.
- After the vehicle count has been adjusted, the server must be saved and restarted once before the change takes effect.
Important note:
Depending on the map, system performance and gameplay situation, a higher AI vehicle count can lead to performance issues, traffic jams or unusual AI traffic behavior.
For this reason, raise the value carefully and test the setting separately on every map.
