Real Land Finance turns farmland into land that is appraised, financed, leased, auctioned and taxed, with prices that rise and fall over the years. Every value comes from public sources, listed next to each parameter in the mod settings.

- Play with the rules of the USA (Iowa), Argentina, France, Germany, Poland or Brazil, or with a generic European Union average for any other map.
- A new savegame picks the country of your game language.
- Each country brings its own rents, land prices, loan rates, costs and lease law, including the French SAFER pre-emption, the German approval period, the Polish 300 ha limit and Brazilian judicial auctions in 30 installments.
- A field is priced with the grain of your map, multiplied by a land market index that moves every month through booms, peaks, slumps and floors.
- News about interest rates, grain prices, investment funds and credit crises affects the market. Rate news also changes the rate of new loans.
- The Price tab shows a 36-month chart, the phase of the cycle and the news.
- Pay with cash, a bank mortgage, seller financing, a price agreed in grain, or a deposit with the balance paid at the deed.
- Trade in machinery parked at the dealer or in your own trade-in yard (Shop, Sheds).
- A plain sentence tells you what you pay today and what comes next before you sign.
- Neighbouring land comes up as private sales and auctions, online, live at the field sign, or both at once.
- Register, place bids or set an automatic maximum, and hear the auctioneer on site.
- Rival bidders compete with you, and a red alert tells you when you are outbid.
- Sell your own land to the bank on the free market, publish it at a fixed price, or put it up for auction with the reserve you choose.
- Buildings on the field are sold with it.
- Let your land out at the rent you ask, with the market rent as a guide. Another farm of your game or a local farmer takes it and works the field while the contract lasts, and you collect the rent every year.
- Contracts include level installments, arrears, forfeiture clauses, early payoff and every contract as a printed document.
- Each kind of document has its own look, including sale notice, auction catalog, sale mandate, rent offer and loan simulation.
- In multiplayer, farms auction, sell and let land to each other. The other farms are notified, bid against each other and pay each other.
- Works in single player, multiplayer and on dedicated servers.
- Languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Polish and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Settings include the country profile, market mode (free market, playable market or realistic), number of rival bidders, land price movement and how installments are paid, each with its source.
GNFINANZAS (OPTIONAL): With our Agricultural Financial System installed, installments, rents and property tax are billed to its accounts payable, and the rents you collect go to its accounts receivable. Without it, everything is paid directly from your balance.
Not compatible with other mods that change field prices or field buying and leasing (Dynamic Field Prices, Field Leasing, Land Financing).
