Horsepower Recommendation: The recommended horsepower range is based on approximately 5 – 7 HP per foot of working width, with actual requirements depending on terrain and soil conditions. These are NOT hardcoded in the scripting of the mod, just a general rule of thumb. The mod is set for 275 HP, and it was pulled with 230 HP in testing.
- 5 HP/ft: 220 HP
- 6 HP/ft: 264 HP
- 7 HP/ft: 308 HP
For heavier soils, hills, or difficult field conditions, additional horsepower may be beneficial.
Tire Options: The original wheel configuration is retained for those who want the classic setup. An optional BKT tire configuration is also included, using slightly larger tires for improved flotation when planting in wet or marginal conditions. These will be available at an additional cost.
