A vehicle repair shop, an animal dealer, a sawmill, and a farmers’ market are available.
The sawmill can be purchased.
60 acres of farmland are available, ranging from 26 to 29 hectares.
You will need to establish your own diesel and water supply.
A road network is present, but in poor condition.
The map is ready for precision farming.
