Fun mode: pub style with 16 seats. Required mods are the map door trigger mod.
gates open with left mouse button or O letter. Water catchment area for water works (Golf ball) Grass cutting facility in the north. Forest + Peat in the South. 2Db petrol refueling option. Vehicle service (Season moddal).
