when downloading any mode there will be a bunch of files in a already zipped file so all you need to do it cut/paste into the mods folder but if the files arent in a zipped folder then right click, send to, compressed zip folder and then paste in mods folder, if the mods upon downloading only has one file then its a broken mod and wont work unless you see the file named ModDescXML or the main file XML file that will have the name of the mod in it
